Weekly yoga classes for beginners are held each Friday at 7am in the Wintergarden at Brightlands.
The next class cycle starts on Friday the 1st of April.
Class offerings are suitable for beginner to intermediate yoga practitioners and center around mindfulness, play, philosophy, and creating space to serve and listen to the unique wisdom and messages of each unique body.
Come along and join like minded people with excellent teaching to guide your way.
You can participate with a 5 or 10 class pass or ‘drop in’ when time suits.
