Inner Being Retreat

Intention

We are living in a World where most of our consciousness is directed outwards, perceiving, observing and navigating the many different landscapes that make up our reality.

Our outwards focus upon the material in life, can be so forged in our mannerism, that even when we believe we are relaxing or having quiet time, we are still very often not going deep enough within, in order to make full contact with our inner worlds.

Cultivating a habit of contacting our inner being is essential for our overall wellbeing, as it is within ourselves that we can gain access to ancient wisdom, guidance and support, as to how we can best lead our own life. This cultivation, over time and as we nurture a relationship, gives us the opportunity to start exploring what lies beyond ourselves.

From here, a whole new reality can open up for us, we start aligning our desires, goals and wants with our inner being, and such begin living in right relationship with our world and everyone and everything in it.
